  • All invoices for projects lasting longer than 1-week will be provided on a weekly basis, all others will be due upon project completion and will be payable to Roaming Interest, LLC.
  • All hourly rates listed are base rates and may be adjusted depending on project needs.
  • All material costs will be the responsibility of the customer at the time of need.

Flat rate projects will be quoted on an individual basis, you will be required to accept each quote before work begins.

For any hourly billed service where more than one person will be involved, the extra person(s) will typically bill @ $20/hour. Your approval will be requested for any other circumstance.

Admin Work $30.00/hour Research, billing, data processing, purchase orders, and similar virtual assistance
Assembly $40.00/hour Furniture, equipment, or small structure assembly; rates may vary by project complexity.
General Labor
(no climbing)		 $30.00/hour Unskilled or light physical work such as lifting, moving, cleanup, or assisting with projects.
General Labor
(with climbing)		 $35.00/hour Light to moderate physical work such as lifting, moving, cleanup, or assisting with projects that may require climbing ladders or working at heights under 15 feet.
Home or RV Repair $60.00/hour Minor, non-structural, and cosmetic home or mobile home repairs that do not pose safety risks or require specialized trade licenses
House-sitting $35.00/day House-sitting without pets (rate is task and distance dependent)
House-sitting (w/pets) $45.00/day + $20.00/additional pet House-sitting with pet care included. (rate is task and distance dependent)
Installation / Removal $50.00/hour Appliance, fixture, decor, or small equipment installation and removal.
Technical Support $40.00/hour Help with device issues, software or other online needs.
Vehicle Repair or Maintenance $70.00/hour Light mechanical work such as diagnostics and/or part replacement .
*Other Varies Custom requests will be priced individually based on scope and the skill level required.

💡 Additional Notes:

  • There may be some projects where the client will be requested to provide the ladder, scaffolding, or other tools that we do not have on hand.
  • Travel or material costs may apply.
  • Roaming Interest is an independent business and will retain full control over methods and hours. We are responsible to account for all state, and local taxes as required for New Mexico service providers.
  • We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion and without explanation.
