1. TERMS & CONDITIONS

    Last Updated: August 4, 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of www.roaminginterest.com, including purchases of products and services offered through the website.

The website is owned and operated by Roaming Interest LLC, referred to throughout these Terms as “Roaming Interest,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”

By accessing the website, creating an account, submitting an order, requesting custom work, or purchasing a product or service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please do not use the website or place an order if you do not agree to these Terms.

    1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old or have the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian to make a purchase through the website.

By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally authorized to use the selected payment method.

    2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Roaming Interest may offer products and services including, but not limited to:

    • T-shirts, hoodies, blankets, bags, jewelry, accessories, prints, cards, and other merchandise
    • Handmade, limited-quantity, or one-of-a-kind products
    • Custom apparel and bulk product orders
    • Preorder products
    • Photography-related products or links
    • Local labor, event, setup, delivery, installation, or other local services

Products and services may be added, modified, limited, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

    3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, colors, dimensions, materials, sizes, and prices accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, manufacturing variations, and the handmade nature of certain products.

Minor variations in color, texture, placement, pattern, sizing, or construction are not necessarily defects, particularly for handmade, decorated, vintage-style, imported, or individually produced items.

Product images may include props, display materials, packaging, or other items that are not included with the purchase unless specifically stated in the product description.

    4. AVAILABILITY AND INVENTORY

All products are subject to availability. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it.

Inventory quantities may occasionally be inaccurate because of simultaneous online sales, in-person sales, event sales, inventory synchronization delays, damaged merchandise, or other circumstances.

If an ordered item is unavailable, we may:

    • Cancel the affected item and issue a refund
    • Offer a comparable replacement
    • Offer store credit
    • Contact you regarding another available option

We will not substitute a materially different product without your approval.

    5. PRICES AND TAXES

Prices are listed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable sales tax, gross receipts tax, shipping charges, delivery charges, customization costs, and other fees may be added during checkout or included in a separate quote.

We may change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted and paid, except when the original price resulted from an obvious typographical, technical, or listing error.

Promotional prices, preorder prices, event prices, coupon codes, and discounts may be limited by date, quantity, customer, product, or other stated conditions.

    6. ORDERS

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:

    • Product unavailability
    • Incorrect pricing or product information
    • Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
    • Shipping or delivery limitations
    • Violation of these Terms
    • Inability to complete requested custom work
    • Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate conduct

An order is considered accepted when payment has been successfully processed and we begin fulfillment, unless we notify you otherwise.

If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged for the canceled portion.

    7. PAYMENT

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered during checkout or otherwise approved by Roaming Interest.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. We do not directly control those providers and are not responsible for interruptions, declined transactions, security procedures, account restrictions, or other actions taken by a payment provider.

You agree to pay all charges associated with your order, including applicable taxes, shipping, delivery, customization, and service fees.

Chargebacks should not be used as a substitute for contacting us about an order problem. Please contact us first so that we have a reasonable opportunity to review and resolve the matter.

    8. CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS

Custom orders may include apparel printing, personalized products, artwork placement, names, dates, logos, group orders, or other customer-requested specifications.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving all applicable information, including:

    • Spelling
    • Names and dates
    • Sizes and quantities
    • Product colors
    • Artwork
    • Placement
    • Contact information
    • Pickup or shipping selections

Once a custom order has entered production, it generally cannot be changed or canceled.

Customer approval of a proof, mockup, written description, invoice, order form, or electronic message authorizes us to proceed based on the approved information.

Minor differences may occur between an electronic proof and the finished product because of garment shape, print processes, materials, screens, lighting, or normal production tolerances.

    9. CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED ARTWORK AND CONTENT

By providing artwork, photographs, logos, text, trademarks, names, or other content for use in a custom order, you represent that:

    • You own the content or have permission to use it
    • Our use of the content will not violate another person’s intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights
    • The content is not unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, or otherwise prohibited

You grant Roaming Interest a limited license to reproduce, modify, format, and use the submitted content only as reasonably necessary to prepare, produce, and fulfill your order.

You agree to be responsible for claims arising from content you supplied without the necessary rights or authorization.

We may refuse content or custom work at our discretion, including content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, obscene, threatening, deceptive, or inconsistent with our business standards.

    10. ARTWORK CREATED BY ROAMING INTEREST

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, artwork, layouts, mockups, graphics, designs, product photographs, templates, and production files created by Roaming Interest remain the intellectual property of Roaming Interest.

Purchasing a finished product does not automatically transfer ownership of the underlying artwork, design files, editable files, templates, or production methods.

A customer may not reproduce, distribute, sell, alter, provide to another vendor, or use our original artwork for additional products without written permission or a separate licensing agreement.

Customer-owned logos or artwork remain the property of their respective owners.

    11. PREORDERS

A preorder is an order placed before the applicable product is ready for normal fulfillment.

Estimated production, pickup, shipping, or event-delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Delays may occur because of supplier availability, shipping carriers, production volume, weather, equipment issues, event scheduling, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Preorder discounts and deadlines apply only during the stated preorder period. Products purchased after the deadline may:

    • Be offered at a different price
    • Have different availability
    • Be completed after the related event
    • Require shipping or a later pickup arrangement

Unless otherwise stated, preorder items are produced based on customer demand and are generally not eligible for cancellation after production or purchasing commitments have begun.

    12. SHIPPING

Shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery times may be displayed during checkout or communicated separately.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Roaming Interest is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, transportation interruptions, incorrect addresses, customs, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping expenses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer.

Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery to the address provided, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Please notify us promptly if an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or materially different from what was ordered. Photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label may be required.

    13. LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup may be available for certain products or orders.

Customers must follow the pickup instructions provided with the order. Orders should not be collected before the customer has received notice that they are ready.

Pickup times and locations may change. Customers are responsible for collecting orders within the communicated timeframe.

Orders that remain unclaimed for an extended period may be stored, relocated, canceled, donated, or otherwise handled at our reasonable discretion after attempts have been made to contact the customer. Payments for custom or perishable-event orders may not be refundable.

    14. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS

Return eligibility may depend on the type and condition of the product.

Unless a different policy is stated on the applicable product page or communicated in writing, customers should contact Roaming Interest within 14 days after delivery or pickup to request authorization for a return or exchange.

To be eligible, a standard non-custom product must generally be:

    • Unused
    • Unwashed
    • Unworn
    • Undamaged
    • Free from odors, stains, hair, smoke, or other contamination
    • Returned with its original packaging or tags when applicable

Customers should not send a product back without first contacting us.

Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective, damaged upon receipt, or incorrect because of our error.

    Nonreturnable Items

The following items are generally final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation unless they are defective or we made an error:

    • Custom or personalized products
    • Made-to-order products
    • Preorder products after production has begun
    • Clearance or explicitly marked final-sale items
    • Gift cards
    • Digital products
    • Products damaged through misuse, improper washing, normal wear, or customer alteration
    • Items returned outside the applicable return period

Authorized refunds will be issued to the original payment method when reasonably possible. Processing times may depend on the payment provider.

Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights provided under applicable consumer law.

    15. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Please inspect products promptly after receiving them.

If an item is defective, damaged during delivery, or materially different from the order, contact us with:

    • Your name
    • Order number
    • Description of the problem
    • Photographs showing the item and issue
    • Photographs of the packaging when shipping damage is involved

We may provide a repair, replacement, refund, store credit, or another reasonable remedy depending on the circumstances.

Damage caused by improper care, incorrect washing, accidents, misuse, normal wear, customer alterations, or failure to follow provided instructions is not considered a manufacturing defect.

    16. SIZING AND GARMENT CARE

Customers are responsible for reviewing available size charts and selecting the appropriate size before ordering.

Sizing may vary among brands, garments, and manufacturers. A familiar size in one product may fit differently in another.

Garment-care instructions should be followed to preserve printed or decorated products. Shrinking, fading, cracking, peeling, discoloration, or other damage caused by improper washing, drying, ironing, bleaching, or care is not considered a product defect.

    17. LOCAL SERVICES

Local services may be governed by a separate estimate, invoice, service description, message, or written agreement. If separate written terms conflict with these Terms, the more specific written terms will control for that service.

    Unless otherwise agreed:

    • Estimates are based on the information available at the time
    • Additional work may result in additional charges
    • Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the work area
    • Customers must disclose known hazards, restrictions, and relevant property conditions
    • Customers are responsible for obtaining required permissions, approvals, or permits unless we expressly agree otherwise
    • Scheduled work may be delayed or rescheduled because of weather, unsafe conditions, illness, material availability, or circumstances outside our reasonable control

Roaming Interest may stop or refuse work when conditions are unsafe, unlawful, materially different from those described, or outside the agreed scope.

Roaming Interest does not provide licensed electrical, plumbing, engineering, architectural, structural, or other regulated professional services unless expressly stated and legally authorized.

    18. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES

The website may contain links to third-party websites, photography platforms, payment providers, social-media platforms, shipping carriers, or other services.

Third-party websites and services are operated independently. We do not control and are not responsible for their availability, content, policies, security, pricing, products, or conduct.

Accessing a third-party service is at your own discretion and may be governed by that provider’s separate terms and privacy policies.

    19. ACCOUNTS

Certain website features may permit or require a customer account.

    You are responsible for:

    • Providing accurate account information
    • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
    • Restricting access to your account
    • Notifying us of suspected unauthorized use

We may suspend or terminate an account that contains false information, is used fraudulently, violates these Terms, or creates security or operational concerns.

    20. PROMOTIONS, COUPONS, AND DISCOUNTS

Promotions, coupon codes, giveaways, discounts, and special offers may be governed by additional conditions.

    Unless otherwise stated:

    • Offers cannot be combined
    • Offers have no cash value
    • Discounts do not apply retroactively
    • Offers may be limited to specific products, quantities, customers, or dates
    • We may correct, cancel, or refuse an offer affected by fraud, misuse, or a technical error

    21. ACCEPTABLE WEBSITE USE

You may not use the website to:

    • Violate any law or regulation
    • Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights
    • Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information
    • Attempt unauthorized access to the website or another account
    • Introduce malware, harmful code, or automated attacks
    • Scrape, copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit website content without permission
    • Interfere with website security or operation
    • Harass, threaten, impersonate, or defraud another person
    • Place fraudulent orders or initiate improper payment disputes

We may restrict access, cancel orders, or take other reasonable action in response to prohibited activity.

    22. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The website and its original content—including text, product descriptions, graphics, photographs, logos, artwork, page layouts, downloadable materials, videos, and branding—are owned by or licensed to Roaming Interest and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may access the website for personal, noncommercial shopping and informational purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, display, sell, license, or commercially use our content without prior written permission.

    23. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY AND ACCURACY

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.

We may correct errors, update information, perform maintenance, modify website features, or suspend access without notice.

Website information is provided for general informational and shopping purposes. We do not warrant that every description, image, price, inventory quantity, or other item of information will always be complete, current, or error-free.

    24. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Except for warranties that cannot legally be excluded, Roaming Interest disclaims implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, and uninterrupted availability.

This disclaimer does not eliminate any express product commitment made by us or any right that cannot be waived under applicable law.

    25. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roaming Interest LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from:

    • Use of or inability to use the website

    • Carrier delays or events outside our reasonable control
    • Customer misuse of a product
    • Inaccurate information supplied by a customer
    • Unauthorized use of customer-supplied artwork

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to a particular product, service, or order will not exceed the amount the customer paid to Roaming Interest for that product, service, or order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

    26. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Roaming Interest LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from:

    • Your violation of these Terms
    • Your unlawful or improper use of the website
    • Content, artwork, or instructions you provide
    • Your infringement of another person’s rights
    • Your fraudulent or unauthorized conduct

    27. EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL

Roaming Interest will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, wildfire, power or internet outages, transportation disruptions, carrier delays, supplier shortages, equipment failure, government actions, labor disruptions, illness, emergencies, or similar events.

We may extend fulfillment times, reschedule services, provide an alternative solution, or cancel and refund the affected portion of an order when reasonably necessary.

    28. PRIVACY

Your use of the website is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how personal information may be collected, used, stored, and shared. By using the website, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review the Privacy Policy.

    29. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our products, services, practices, technology, or legal obligations.

Updated Terms become effective when posted on the website unless a different effective date is stated.

Changes will not retroactively alter the material terms of a completed purchase unless required by law or agreed to by the customer.

    30. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or severed from the Terms.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

    31. NO WAIVER

Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision or any other provision later.

    32. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with applicable product descriptions, order details, invoices, approved proofs, service agreements, return policies, privacy policies, and other specifically incorporated terms, constitute the agreement between you and Roaming Interest regarding your use of the website and your purchase.

    33. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal proceeding arising from these Terms or a purchase from Roaming Interest shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction serving Grant County, New Mexico, unless applicable consumer law requires another location.
